Refund Requests

Clients may request a refund within 7 days from the payment date if the service has not been delivered or has been delivered incompletely.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the contact form on the website.

Exceptions

Refunds do not apply in the following cases:

  • Services that have been fully delivered

  • Digital services or deliverables that have been completed and provided in full

Refund Process

The refund process follows these steps:

Service Modification Instead of Refund

Clients may, in coordination with eTarteeb, modify or replace the requested service with an alternative service that better suits their operational needs instead of requesting a monetary refund.
