eTarteeb ترتيب رقمي provides professional administrative and office support services in Saudi Arabia, including daily operations organization, government compliance support, records and document management, remote administrative support, and simplified invoicing services.
Our services do not include legal accounting, financial auditing, or legal or tax consultancy.
Limitations of Liability
eTarteeb ترتيب رقمي provides administrative support services only and shall not be held liable for any administrative, financial, or legal decisions made by the client, nor for any outcomes resulting from the use of the services.
Confidetiality and Data Protection
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client data and information. No information shall be shared with any third party without prior written consent from the client, unless required by applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Service Fees and Payments
Service fees are determined based on a written agreement or a selected service package agreed upon with the client. Invoices are issued periodically according to the agreed terms, and clients are required to settle payments within the specified timelines.
Contract Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing prior written notice in accordance with the terms stated in the agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding services rendered and payments due shall be settled accordingly.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Clients are required to provide accurate and truthful information and must not request any services that violate Saudi laws and regulations, including the E-Commerce Law and Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
Intellectual Property Rights
All materials, content, templates, and documentation provided by eTarteeb ترتيب رقمي remain the exclusive intellectual property of eTarteeb ترتيب رقمي and may not be copied, reused, published, or distributed without prior written authorization.
Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from the services or these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved amicably. If no resolution is reached, the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions
